Credicorp Bank’s Phone Banking is a fast and convenient way of staying updated with your accounts, since you will have phone access to these 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Make inquiries regarding the balances of your Checking and Savings Account

Credit Card:

  • Inquire about your current balance
  • Make inquiries regarding your available credit and pre-approved limit.
  • Make inquiries regarding minimum payment due and payment date.
  • Request sending statements of account through email.
  • Date and amount of the last payment made.
  • Accumulated points in the Credicorp Rewards program.
  • Request sending statements of account by fax.
  • VISA payments.

Salary Advance Service “Me Presto”:

  • Make cash advances.
  • Make inquiries regarding balances and available amount.
  • Make inquiries regarding outstanding payments.
  • Request sending statements of account by fax.

Other services: Payment of water, electricity, and phone services.

  • Complete and sign the Online Banking request form.
  • Read and accepts the Terms and Conditions for the Phone Banking service
  • Copy of the water, electricity and telephone receipts if you wish to make payments.
  • Copy of the Panamanian identification card (Cedula).

Once you join Online Banking, the accounts and payments will become automatically related. You can have a maximum of five accounts associated to Phone Banking.
