To join Online Banking (Natural person):

  1. Be a client of Credicorp Bank, S.A.
  2. Be the account holder.
  3. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions Agreement.
  4. Complete and sign the Request Form to join Online Banking.
  5. Turn in the request form at any of our branches so you can receive your user name and password.

To join Online Banking (Legal entity):

  1. Be a client of Credicorp Bank, S.A.
  2. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions Agreement.
  3. Complete and sign the Request form to join Online Banking.
  4. Complete and sign the Board of Directors’ Meeting Minutes for the Online Banking services.
  5. Turn in the request form at any of our branches so you can receive your user name and password.

Requests related to the Online Banking Services:

  • In case of forgetting the password, please personally present yourself in any of our branches so you can have new password assigned.
  • In case of being unable to enter, please contact your account representative, as you may have run out of the allowed attempts to enter your password.
  • In case the problem persists, please go to any of our branches.
